Q. When is my cart picked up?
A. The following day, or if you had a weekend event; on Monday.
Q. Can I pick up the event cart instead of having it delivered?
A. Due to the weight and handling all event carts must be delivered by TransCold. Cost for delivery is dependent on location. Please contact us for quote.
Q. How long does my event cart stay cold with out power?
A. 8 – 10 hours.
Q. I do not need a cart, but want to buy your ice cream. Can I buy just a few boxes?
A. Yes, Cash & Carry locations are open all year. Hours are subject to change seasonally.
Q. Can I return the ice cream that I do not use at my event?
A. Yes, there is a 10% re-stocking fee on unopened boxes.
