TransCold® US Employee of the Year 2023
As part of our tradition at TransCold, every year, we invite all team members to nominate employees who have shown exemplary contribution and dedication to their work. The US Employee of the Year awardee receive a cash award and an additional one week paid vacation. We are very excited to introduce this year’s TCD-USA winner:
Russell Anderson – Chehalis, USA
Russell’s journey with TransCold® began in October 2017 as a Route Sales Driver, and his commitment and excellence quickly earned him promotions. In May 2022, he became an Area Sales Manager and has helped secure multiple key accounts. Within a year, he used his experience as a driver to move into the dual role of Area Sales Manager/Operations Supervisor, leading the Chehalis Operations Team.
Throughout the past year, Russell consistently showcased exceptional dedication, leadership, and outstanding performance, contributing significantly to the team’s success. Beyond his official responsibilities, Russell willingly stepped into various roles, such as taking on the duties of a Route Sales Driver during the summer for an injured team member. Juggling multiple roles in out of the ordinary circumstances, Russell maintained a high standard of customer service and a positive attitude.
